  5. Take 1tbsp butter in pan.add chop garlic chop coriander oregano in butter,saute then add boiled rice and fried for a minute or two
  6. Keep sizzler plate at flame and make it hot.add 1/2 inch piece of butter at plate.it vl sizzle.immediately place chicken steak at plate,place rice at one side, vegies & potato wedges at one side pour over hot sauce and serve sizzling.enjoy winter with herb chicken steak with joy
