- Bring the stir fry to a low boil and add the cornstarch for thickening. The mixture will be quite soupy at first, but just have patience and add more cornstarch if you need to. Combine with rice if you wish and enjoy!
In a large pan or wok, add some vegetable oil. To the cold oil, add the minced ginger and garlic and place over medium-high heat. Mix all marinade ingredients except olive or canola oil, sesame seeds. Add steak to one and chicken to other. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving liquid.
