  7. In microwave safe bowl add refried beans with 2 tsp of water, cover and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes
  8. Brown your tortillas in small omelets skillet with one pat of butter for each tortilla.
  9. Turn oven on broil
  10. In 4 individual bowls, layer from bottom to top…tortilla, refried beans, rice, steak and peppers, cheese
  11. place bowls in oven to melt cheese (approx 3-4 minutes); serve with your favorite Mexican toppings ( ie; salsa, sour cream, quacamole, chopped olives, etc)
