  2. Make ready 10 lb Brisket

  8. Make ready 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Season the brisket with salt and pepper. Sear the brisket on all sides until brown. Remove the brisket and add the onion, carrots, celery, garlic, and bay leaves to the pot. Mix the ground coffee, salt, cardamom and black cardamom in a small bowl and rub into the brisket.
