  1. Cut the meat/steak into small pieces into a Sufuria and wash them. Drain all the water afterwards then sprinkle the beef masala and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Then boil the meat/steak in sizeable heat before adding in the diced onion and capsicum with the oil and salt.
  3. Add in the diced tomatoes and let to cook well. Serve while hot.
