- Pan ko cover kar kay rakhay takay beef achi tarah se gaal jaya or sath hi thori thori daiar ma bachay huwi marinat paste se brush kartay rahay takay beef steak dry na hu jaya or beef steak ko ak side se 8 minutes pakana hia or dosri side se bhi 8 minutes pakana hia 15 se 16 minutes ma steak ready hu jaya ga.
- 8 minutes kay baad apka beef steak is tarah ka hu ga phir dosri side se pakay.
- Dosri side cook hunay kay baad apka beef steak is tarah ka hu ga or taqriban cook hu chuka hu ga. ap fork ki help se steak check kary kay cook hu gaya hia ya nahi.
- Ab ak pan ma olive oil or butter daal kar tamam vegetables ko step by step fry kar lay.
- Sizzling tray ma phaly round shape onion rakh kar beef steak rakh daay or sath hi vegetables or mint colada se sreve kary. (sizzling tray ko phalay se 5 minutes kay liye stove par heat kar lay)
