- Slice steak and add to bread
- Add gherkin and peppers and rocket and top with extra virgin olive oil
- Close sandwich
- Put curly fries in a bowl and serve

Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat a large heavy based non-stick frying pan over a high heat and once hot add the steak. STEAK SARNIE: Put the ciabatta loaf into the bottom of the oven.
