Toss the mushrooms once and then cook them on medium high heat, tossing them again a few minutes later. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and rosemary and toss to coat the mushrooms in the sauce. Slice and enjoy topped with the mushroom sauce! Place the steaks back in the pan, turning to coat in the sauce to warm. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade.
