- put the 5 cups of water and a dash of evoo in a pan and let it come to a roaring boil. I don't put salt in noodles because of all the salt in soup mixes….
- while u r waiting for it to boil. cut up steak into bite size pieces…. this is easier to do when steak is partially frozen.
- **** I leave the fat on my steak because I think it adds some flavor.
- put cut up steak in a mixing bowl.. sprinkle with pepper.. this means just shake little pepper on it. mix by hand and put in ziploc bag..
- add soy sauce, garlic, worstershire sauce in ziploc bag. close and coat meat.. place in refrigerator.
- back to water… add 1/2 lb of noodles or 8 oz…. to boiling water…. boil noodles until they are al dente… rinse noodles in a colindar… rinse with cold water so they will stop cooking…
- I put enough oil in the bottom of the skillet. and cook steak with onion and bell pepper. while cooking put onion soup and brown soup in a bowl with 2 1/2 cup water. mix it with a fork. pour mixture on steak once steak is done. cover with lid and turn temp down to med/ low.. cover with tight lid…. stir every 15 min…
- ***** meat and soup mixes can be fixed in the crockpot and noodles made when u get home.
- when meat is tender add noodles . I like rotini because they hold a lot of gravy.
- **** this can be made with ground beef also..
- *** you will notice there is no salt added because of the dry soup mix… IT IS FINE IF U DO NOT LIKE SALT…. I WOULD SEE IF YOU COULD FIND A NO OR LOW SODIUM MIX OR ALTERNATIVE… SALT CAN ALWAYS BE ADDED AT THE TABLE…
