  3. Place in rotisserie or oven for 3 hours
  4. Remove and turn heat up to 220°C
  5. Take the foil off the beef
  6. Put the beef back into the rotisserie or oven for 30min
  7. Remove and rest covered for 20 minutes.

Check on the veggies occasionally to be sure they are browning evenly. Place pan with the foil wrapped corned beef into the oven. Once the beef has cooked, remove it from the oven and open the foil. Set over high heat and bring to a boil. Place the corned beef on the foil, in a baking dish, fat side up.
