- Take 🌻For marinate:
- Make ready sirloin steak, cut into bite size strips
- Prepare egg white
- Get corn flour / cornstarch
- Make ready sesame oil / vegetable oil
- Prepare olive oil / vegetable oil / sunflower oil (for frying)
- Take white pepper crushed
- Get salt
- Get 🌻Gravy:
- Prepare soya sauce
- Prepare oyster sauce
- Make ready pepper sauce
- Prepare crushed red chilli flakes / to taste
- Make ready garlic, minced
- Take ginger minced
- Take vegetable oil
- Prepare capsicum multicolour, cut into slice
- Take small onions, cut into wedges
- Get green chilli cut into big pieces
- Prepare Spring onion chopped
- Get water / as you needed
Instructions to make Beef Szechuan:
- Toss beef with cornstarch, egg white,crushed white pepper,sesame oil and salt in non-metal bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir fry beef until no longer pink, until cooked well nice and crispy take it out in a plate and set aside. In same wok heat oil and add garlic & ginger sauté for few seconds add beef stir 1 minute and add all gravy ingredients cook 4-5 minutes add 4 tbsp of water cook another 1 minute and serve. Garnish with fresh coriander.
