For the chocolate cake: Add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and espresso powder to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. - For the Chocolate ganache You're going to place a pot on fire pour the milk then add the butter when the butter completely melted then add the milk mixture to the chopped chocolate and allow to settle for 5mins. Then mix the mixture with a spoon until you get a smooth chocolate ganache paste

- For the buttercream
- Beat the butter until light in colour the add the vanilla extract with the milk followed by the icing sugar until well combined
- Then frost the cake from the crumbs layer step to the final coat layer.
- Pour the chocolate ganache on top of the cake and then decorate with your desired pipping noozle and then Sprinkles π
