- VEGETABLES.. cut all the vegetables in wedges and steam or boil them, when tender take out 1 potato and mash it with salt, pepper and 1tsp butter and scoop out in serving plate, sprinkle steamed vegetables with terragon leaves and salt and put in one side of plate, put grill chicken in centre of plate and pour terragon sauce over it and serve in restaurant style😘
