  4. In a non stick tray, add meat sauce then a layer of white sauce then one layer of lasagne pasta sheets. Then repeat. On top layer cover the white sauce in cheese and Parmesan and dot top with tomatoes and basil. Cook on 180 for half hour or so until bubbling.

Layer up the lasagne in a baking dish, starting with a third each of the ragu, then the pasta, then the white sauce. Once the dish has cooled completely, transfer it to an airtight, freezer-safe.
