- First chicken marnitaed 1-2 hour all mix ingredients
- Mandi making take fry pan hest oil add onion till brown
- After brown add tomatoes when tomatoes becomes soft add ginger garlic paste and cook 5 min
- After 5 minutes add all spice and cook well
- Take one big dish and add mndi meterial and add yukhni stock (yukhni stock any meat chicken beef or mutton or add cubes) cook 15 min till oil it up
- Sella rice boil another cooking dish..left over on kani
- Add all sella rice mandi masala 1tea spoon kewra water zardy ka colour add and low flame to cook 15-20 min
- Chicken done 2 hour to marinated..in 150 degree bake it
- Blend tomato chutney all mix ingredients and blend it
- Serven with chutney and chicken tikka bake with mandi 🥰
