Cake Pops is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. Cake Pops is something which I have loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

Tip the sprinkles into another bowl. Take each of the chilled cake pops and dip into the white chocolate, allowing it to drip off a little over the bowl. Take them back out again and dip them in the melted chocolate until the cake pop is completely covered. This will make the melted chocolate more smoother and easier to coat the cake pop.

I have a few more tips for ya! How to make cake pops with a mold. We used the recipe below, which came with the Lakeland cake pop mould, but a basic madeira cake recipe would work well. I find it's best to get a younger brother to do this, as it keeps him busy and allows you to get on with the important job of seiving flour.

Instructions to make Cake Pops:
  1. Bake a cake, any type.
  2. Leave to completely cool.
  3. Place the cake in a bowl and crumple it all up, kids will love this!! Mash it untill it's all crumbs.
  4. Choose a flavour of frosting you like and add as much as you need until it becomes something of a dough again. Use anything you like, butter cream, ganache even plain icing will do the trick!!
  5. Use a spoon or ice-cream scoop to scoop out little balls of the mixture, roll them between your palms until they're as close to spheres as they can get!!
  6. Place each ball onto some greaseproof paper and put them into the freezer for about 10 minutes until they're firm.
  7. Melt some chocolate, milk, white or dark.
  8. Dip the lollipop stick or straw into the chocolate and insert about half way into each of the balls.
  9. Dip each ball into the chocolate,
  10. Set aside to completely cool until the chocolate hardens.
  11. Dip into the chocolate once again to make sure they're complety covered.
  12. Top with sprinkles or other sweet delights, a good idea is to pipe a design with buttercream onto the balls, experiment a lot with these!!
